Description:

This is more of a rule or technique than it is a recipe. It's easy and delicious and will give you perfectly baked salmon every time. A quick way to add some fish to your dinner menu that isn't a stick.

How can the kids help with this recipe?

Have the littles ones put the lemon slices on top of the salmon pieces.

  1. Place your salmon fillets skin side down on a parchment lined baking sheet or dish.
  2. Liberally sprinkle salt (sea or kosher) and pepper on each piece
  3. Place a lemon slice or two on top of each salmon fillet
  4. Put the salmon in a cold oven. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and set the timer for 25mins.
  5. When the timer is done, your salmon will be perfect. Serve with your favourite side and enjoy.
