Your turkey dinner took a lot of time and preparation, your leftovers shouldn’t. Here are some simple, tasty, and kid-friendly recipes to make the most of your thanksgiving leftovers.

Leftover Turkey Sandwich

It doesn't get easier than this. One of my favourite leftovers is definitely a turkey sandiwch on squishy white bread. yum, yum. Here are some pointers on giving that sandwich a little twist.

Turkey Noodle Casserole

I look forward to this almost as much as I look forward to Thanksgiving dinner. It was a childhood favourite and, as an adult, I still make sure I have anough turkey leftover to make it. Delicious, creamy, noodlely comfort food at it's best.

Turkey Potato Patties

I like to make these for breakfast the next morning. With a crunchy crust and fluffy potato center, these taste even better when paired with some eggs. Make more than you think you need, the kids will eat these up, I promise.

Stuffing Stuffed Mushroms

Nothing to say about these, aside from YUM. With only four ingredients, these are so simple and so delicious. An absolute must try.

Cranberry and Turkey Stuffed Sweet Potato

This is pure genius, and had limitless possibilities! You could stuff anyleftovers into a sweet or regular baked potato. Top with cranberry sauce, or gravy, or both. I can't wait ti give this one a try. So, crazy, excited!
