Tips to Ease Separation Anxiety
Above all practice. Just do it. You'll survive and they'll be fine. These are the first of many times your child will be without you, so its important to help them get comfortable.
Before long there will be a day when they run off happily without a care and you'll have a whole different kind of anxiety – they don't miss me anymore?? Whaaaahhhhhh!
